Your wedding party stays on-site, your guests are immersed in the beauty of Maine, and every moment from Friday welcome to Sunday farewell unfolds exactly as you planned it.

The Three-Day Weekend
A full wedding weekend, not just a wedding day.
- Friday — Welcome. Arrive, settle into the lodge, gather at the firepit. Rehearsal dinner under the tent or by the lake.
- Saturday — Celebrate. Ceremony at your chosen setting. Reception in the tent. Music, dancing, and stories around the fire.
- Sunday — Farewell. Brunch on the deck, swims, kayaks, and slow goodbyes.
How It Works

Reserve
Request your date, sign the rental agreement, place your $1,000 deposit.
Plan
You handle your own planning, vendors, and timeline. The tent, sound, Event Shack, and our shared planning container are yours to use — we're happy to answer property-specific questions along the way.
Arrive & Celebrate
Arrive for your confirmed stay, set up with your vendors, and celebrate your way. Setup and breakdown assistance is available by request at additional cost.
Midweek & Off-Season
Planning a smaller, more relaxed celebration?
Choose Gathering for up to 50 guests or Celebration for 51–100, with weekday event packages from $2,000. Wedding packages for 100+ guests are $6,000 weekdays or $10,000 weekends and holidays, plus tax and lodging. Tent access is seasonal.

Event packages are priced separately from lodging and are in addition to the nightly rental rate. All event packages are subject to Maine Sales and Use Tax (5.5%).
Weekday day-use events without lodging are available Mon–Thu, generally September–June. July–August is at owner discretion. The same event package rates apply.

Exclusive use of the private estate for your reservation. Outside vendors are welcome for catering, florals, photography, and entertainment. Celebration and Wedding packages require renter-arranged portable restrooms and event liability insurance (approximately $150–$250).
