Rates may fluctuate based on demand, season, and holidays. Your rate is confirmed when you book. Plus 9% Maine lodging tax, a $500 cleaning fee, and any applicable pet or additional guest fees.
Minimum Stays
- Summer (June–August): 5 nights for all bookings.
- Off-season weekends: 3 nights for lodging-only or Gathering; 2 nights for Celebration; no lodging minimum with a Wedding package.
- Off-season weekday lodging (Mon–Thu): 2 nights — our most flexible stay option.
Event dates, lodging, and any minimum-stay exceptions are confirmed together in your quote.

Event packages are priced separately from lodging and are in addition to the nightly rental rate. All event packages are subject to Maine Sales and Use Tax (5.5%).
Weekday day-use events without lodging are available Mon–Thu, generally September–June. July–August is at owner discretion. The same event package rates apply.

Exclusive use of the private estate for your reservation. Outside vendors are welcome for catering, florals, photography, and entertainment. Celebration and Wedding packages require renter-arranged portable restrooms and event liability insurance (approximately $150–$250).
