Gather in the timber-frame great room, cook and share meals in the kitchen and dining spaces, or step out onto more than 2,500 square feet of decks. Private king and queen rooms, the bunk room, and the bonus room offer different arrangements for multi-family stays.
The theater room, indoor sauna, hot tub, and lakefront keep everyone settled in, whatever the weather.

Comfortable sleeping for 30 is our advertised capacity. Up to 45 guests can stay using pullouts, lofts, cots, and mats — these are flexible arrangements, not additional private bedrooms. Groups beyond 30 pay $25 per additional person.

Flexible sleeping & group planning
Folding cots, thick twin foam mats, twin mattresses stored under beds, and a portable crib provide extra flexibility. The upstairs master also has a crib. Share your accurate overnight guest count so we can plan housekeeping and turnover.

A Quieter Maine Getaway
Maine in the off-season. The Ranch at its most peaceful.
Fall foliage, quiet spring mornings, and winter evenings by the fire. Explore the trails, settle into the timber-frame lodge, or head to nearby Pleasant Mountain (formerly Shawnee Peak) for a day on the slopes. Pond skating is weather- and ice-condition dependent.
October–May Monday–Wednesday stays from $1,000 per night, except holidays. Off-season weekday lodging requires just a 2-night minimum. Event packages are additional; tent access is seasonal.

- Off-season weekends: 3 nights for lodging-only or Gathering; 2 nights for Celebration; no lodging minimum with a Wedding package.
- Off-season weekday lodging (Mon–Thu): 2 nights — our most flexible stay option.
