Capacity
Sleeps up to 30 standard, up to 45 with pull-out sofas, cots, and sleeping mats. A $25 per-person fee applies for guests beyond 30.
Rates
$1,500–$2,500 per night, depending on season. Plus 9% Maine lodging tax and a $500 cleaning fee. Pets welcome for a $150 per-pet fee.
Minimum Stays
5 nights in summer (June–August). 3 nights for off-season weekends. 2 nights for off-season weekdays (Mon–Thu).
