138 private acres. A lakefront lodge with comfortable sleeping for 30, or up to 45 with flexible arrangements. An 11,000+ sq ft tent with two chandeliers and string lights. The whole property is yours.

Event packages are priced separately from lodging and are in addition to the nightly rental rate. All event packages are subject to Maine Sales and Use Tax (5.5%).
Weekday day-use events without lodging are available Mon–Thu, generally September–June. July–August is at owner discretion. The same event package rates apply.

Exclusive use of the private estate for your reservation. Outside vendors are welcome for catering, florals, photography, and entertainment. Celebration and Wedding packages require renter-arranged portable restrooms and event liability insurance (approximately $150–$250).

Midweek is where the openings are.
Most of our weekends book up well in advance, summer and off-season alike. Midweek is where a quieter, more affordable version of the Ranch is waiting: spring color, summer lake days, fall foliage, or a snowy week with a fire going and skates by the door.
