Booking Steps
  1. 1. Request
    Send us your dates and event type through the request form.
  2. 2. Confirm
    We'll reply by email with availability and the rental agreement.
  3. 3. Reserve
    Sign the agreement and place the $1,000 reservation deposit (applied to your balance).
  4. 4. Plan
    You handle your own planning, vendors, and timeline. For weddings, you'll get access to our shared container of helpful info and supplies. We're happy to answer property-specific questions along the way.
  5. 5. Arrive
    Check-in, settle in, and start your stay.
Fees
Wedding Package — Weekend / Holiday$10,000 + 5.5% tax
Wedding Package — Weekday$7,500 + 5.5% tax
Reunion & Retreat Package — Weekday$5,000 + 5.5% tax
Lodge Nightly Rate$1,500 – $2,500 (seasonal)
Cleaning Fee$500
Pet Fee$150 / pet
Additional Guest Fee$25 / person beyond 30
Reservation Deposit$1,000 (applied to balance)
Damage Deposit$500 (refundable)

Common Questions
Is the sound system fixed in the tent?+

No, it's portable. It can be used in the tent or moved to your ceremony site.

Are restrooms provided?+

Couples and groups are responsible for arranging portable restroom rentals.

Is the lake and winter gear guaranteed to be available?+

Life jackets, boats, kayaks, yard games, sleds, and ice skates are all available on a use-and-share basis. Inventory shifts throughout the season, so we can't guarantee an exact count or size at any given time.

What's the fee for extra overnight guests?+

$25 per person for guests beyond 30, up to a total of 45 using on-site pull-out sofas, cots, and sleeping mats.

What's your cancellation policy?+

Reservation deposits are non-refundable. Full details are in your rental agreement — reach out before booking if you'd like to review them.

Can we bring pets?+

Yes — $150 per pet. Let us know in advance.
